   Big Little Program

Become a Big or Little!

Our Big Little Program is a special mentorship initiative designed to create a supportive network for children and teens in our community.

Here's how it works: We carefully pair each participant (the "Little") with a mentor (the "Big") based on their educational path and interests. This creates a "family" of support tailored to each child's journey.

Elementary schoolers will be matched with a middle school mentor from their area, and middle schoolers will be matched with a high school mentor from their area.

High schoolers interested in specific colleges will be matched with mentors from those institutions if possible. We currently offer mentors attending:

  • North Carolina State University (NCSU)

  • University of North Carolina (UNC)

  • University of South Carolina (USC)

This program aims to provide guidance, support, and a sense of belonging as participants navigate their educational journey and learn to give back to their community.

Kids Who Give is a 501(c)(3) / Charitable Organization. All hours mentors give are volunteer hours and may be included on resumes and college applications.
